Sheila Feehan, MSW, RSW Sheila Feehan, MSW, RSW, heads up ABC ’s Edmonton office. Since 1994, she has helped Alberta families build open and successful adoption plans. Sheila received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Calgary and her Master of Social Work degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland. She has worked for the past twenty-six years in the field of Social Work, specializing in Child Welfare and Adoption Services in the provinces of Ontario, Newfoundland and Alberta. Sheila enjoys counselling both birth families and adoptive families through the adoption process and teaches workshops on the benefits of open adoption. She also assists families who choose to build their family through international adoption. |
